You can communicate effectively
Communication is at the heart of business and no more so than in the retail sector. Every day you will come into contact with a range of individuals from customers, to staff and suppliers. You need to understand how to manage relationships and your communications with all stakeholders, both written and verbal. You will also need to be good at managing conflict when it arises. This course will give you the skills to be comfortable communicating in this role.

Manage effective relationships
You will deal with internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis. Sometimes you will be managing staff performance and sometimes you will be managing client relationships. This course will give you the verbal communication tools to make sure that whoever you are talking to, you manage the communication effectively and appropriately.
Improve your written skills
Report writing, responding to emails or replying to customer complaints can be a challenge. If you need assistance to make sure that your written communication skills are up to speed then this course will help. You will learn how to manage the process to achieve good results.

How long will it take?
