Marketing can be fickle. Trends change and fads come and go, so it’s important that you know how to identify the right marketing mix for your business. Learn how to develop strategies and plans that will work for your particular set of circumstances.
Understand those relationships
Each customer or client has their own unique story. If you treat them all in the same way your relationships are bound to falter in the longer term. This course will help you understand how to develop lasting relationships with your customers and clients.

How long will it take?
This course is delivered over 10 weeks. NZQA guidelines suggest up to 150 hours of total study time for a 15 credit course. So to complete this course successfully in the 10 weeks you must be prepared to devote approximately 15 hours per week to your study. Depending on your previous academic online experience and course level this may vary to a certain degree.
